SaliFi LLC operates as an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) referring business clients to third-party funders for merchant cash advances and other financial products. We are not a direct lender.

We provide:

  • Capital placement and advisory services

  • Document intake and packaging

  • Application facilitation with approved funding partners

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding

Use of our services does not guarantee approval for funding. Final approval, terms, and disbursement are subject to the underwriting guidelines of our third-party funding partners.

We are not responsible for any funder’s decision to approve, decline, or modify an offer.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information on all forms

  • Cooperate with documentation requests

  • Only submit funding applications for businesses you are authorized to represent

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

5. Electronic Communications Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us and our funding partners via email, phone, and SMS, including automated messages.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of SaliFi LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaliFi LLC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our services

  • Errors or omissions in submitted applications

  • Actions or inactions of third-party funders

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaliFi LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
